You should stay in Area A on which you will be briefed before launching by a member of U Sail Watersports team unless an instructor is afloat in areas B and C.
Personal Buoyancy Aids must always be worn with the exception of 1 adult per stand up paddleboard wearing a leash and when windsurfing if a windsurf harness is worn as opposed to a buoyancy aid while afloat.
Any Damage to the boat or board will be determined by U Sail Watersports staff, which will incur additional charges.
If we deem that the conditions or your personal health/sailing ability is unsuitable, we have the right to refuse you going afloat.
All Foiling Rentals must pay a $150 damage deposit which is fully refundable at the end of the session providing there is no damage.
Payment is taken at the end of the session before leaving the centre either by Card (Visa or MasterCard), preferable booked online before the session. For Castle Harbour, members and hotel guests sign it to their room or membership charge.
