This is a unique opportunity to complete your Duke of Edinburgh silver or gold award here in Bermuda. Not only would there be no cost of flights, you would be supporting a local family run sailing centre who\u2019s aim is not only to increase sailing on Harrington Sound for all ages and abilities but has a specific aim for ages over 16 years to take to the water of Harrington Sound and learn or refine their sailing skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 13-day package includes 9 days of intensive training to cover the RYA Start Sailing Level 1, Basic Skills Level 2, skills refresher day, seamanship skills and day sailing. Participants will receive logbooks and certificate that will be issued on each successful completion. The last four days will be a 4 day sailing adventurous journey on Harrington Sound where they will put their newly learnt skills into practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
